Strange to see on the second picture in the subdial the secondhand is red opposed to the first picture!
Good catch. The lume shot also shows them in red. I wonder if the production watch will have silver or red hands in the sub-dials. I kind of like the red.

The dial is apparently not just 'silver/grey', it is made of 'ruthenium' which changes colour in different lights....
Ooooooooooooooh!

I copied the J-posts here to have it's own thread. Enjoy!

It's a lot nicer than any of the LE's imo. There's nothing really new here though. Who would buy this over the grey LE CAW211b of a couple of years back? That one has the crown on the left, the Heuer badge, red hour markers and a less cluttered dial with less text and original applied horizontal hour markers.

I'd rather have the TAG Heuer logo myself, but I prefer the hour markers on this one.

I view this as a second chance for people who want a CAW211B, but can't find one new anymore.

I think this watch also brings nice symmetry and closure to the Monaco Cal12 line, which included a Blue, Gulf, Dark Lord of sorts, but never a classic style Grey. Until now.

I should know this by now but is the "calibre 11" and calibre 12 the same movement and chrono module, only difference being modification to place crown on left side?

My pleasure Jim, I also added this info to the Movements "sticky / pinned" thread.

Nice table. Would you mind if we post it on the Movements thread?

Go for it. I already posted the link in that thread but it might be more useful if the table itself was there.
