Oh yeah! My predictions turned out to be pretty accurate. The diamond Tourbillion is thankfully restrained, compared to the other over the top alternatives we saw like the diamond Monopoly. Link and lady pieces are a very nice. Even the new lady Carrera. NATO straps are always a welcome addition. These look great.
Yes, the Autavia is the one to get this year. Hopefully we'll also see one or two heritage Calibre 17 Carreras like in previous years.
I don't actually mind the camo Aquaracer, though I'd need a black rubber strap on it and a chisel to get rid of that wretched cyclops!
Not this year. As much as I love those Calibre 17 models, I feel like they've now done just about every possible combination in the panda style..
Oh my, Zenith has received the full Biver treatment! http://www.ablogtowatch.com/zenith-defy-el-primero-21-watch/ http://www.ablogtowatch.com/zenith-chronomaster-el-primero-grande-date-full-open-watch/
Are you referring to this? There are two wheels for each digit. The inner wheel is intended to represent 2X (twenty something). If the obstructed figure on the bottom of the inner wheel is another two, it's probably needed to compensate for the sizing and advancement of the movement.
Yes I was referring to the inner wheel, and the obscured digit looks like a two... Wouldn't it actually need to jump the second two though? There's just as many days with a 1 at the start as 2?
Isn't it funny how Rolex release a new watch and the only difference is the colour of one line of text on the dial, and how people on the Rolex forums go into spasms of ecstacy over it?
