A member on klocksnack.se claims he heard the price will be around SEK 70 000 ( approx USD 8 600)

Personally, I'd have hoped for the new Heuer 02 movement, but I guess it was simply impossible to put it into such a case and dial configuration. Overall, I find the picture to be very cool, but can't really understand the dial which is not my cup of tea at all.

If the previous rumours are true of a price around EUR 7200 it's, unfortunately, a bit too much for me as for now. It would, however, be amazing to wear a Sweden exclusive Tag Heuer dedicated to Ronnie!

I like it but need to know the case diameter and thickness. Also with it being 40 pieces and Sweden only, I wonder how easy it would be to obtain.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about that. Just contact some AD's that are listed on the TH website and give them a call and explain the situation. As a bonus, you get to take a weekend in Sweden, which I can actually recommend for most people. (Disclaimer, I'm Swedish by birth).
Or you can do as @Jim Dollares suggests and take some questions via him.

That would be the dream. I've been to Sweden for day trip before. Really beautiful country.

As far as contacting local AD, i buried my hope long time ago...i asked them to import in calibre7 glassbox carrera gold for me and their answer was their manager didnt think they could do it. And gold tag heuer just doesnt sell well in here.

I guess if i really really really want it Jim would be the only hope.

38mm sounds very good indeed. I wonder how thick it is? Unfortunately, though, the price puts it well out of my league. 🙁

After seeing the official spec's I'm impressed by the watch and the 38mm case would definitely be good for my wrists. If it would have been priced lower it would be a serious contender to the Autavia Heritage for me personally.

Keep up the good work TAG, they have really started to get some nice watches out during the leadership of Mr. Biver! (Yes, I've seen the Alec Monopoly F1...)

Great write-up DC.
I love the case design but after seeing "real" photos I feel either:
a) The movement is too big for the case, or,
b) The case is too small for the movement.
It has that Speedmaster Reduced look about it where the subdials look too close to the case.

That gold one.....it's worthy to be someone's one watch for eternity kind of thingy.
