Hi. Looks like a 1940s Chronograph. The history on these is not as well documented as the 60s onwards and nor is the market as established- you'll see a lot more variance in price for these.
This one looks gold-plated- if it's solid gold then it's obviously worth more. From what I see online these run in the $1500-3000 range depending on the condition.
