TAG Heuer 02T Black & Rose Gold

Greetings!

My TAG Heuer. Calibre 02T COCSC. A beautiful piece of engineering art! It is almost perfect.. The 30-Minute subdial hand gets stuck at the 10 minute mark (as seen on the right subdial).

Can I fix or recalibrate this without going through warranty? Plainly resetting the chronograph doesn't help. This is a new order and I haven't even worn it. I did check and run its functions, so far everything is in perfect order until I ran the chronograph past 10 minutes. That's when I noticed it was getting stuck at the 10 minute mark. Should I return this order or have warranty take over? I have no experience using TAG Heuer warranty, if it's going to be a nightmare I might as well just save me the headache. Please advice.

The 12-Hour subdial (on the left) seems to be working perfectly.

Your insight are greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

Call the boutique where you purchased this and report the issue. If they send it out to TAG Heuer for warranty service, depending on what country you are located, shouldn't be too long.

Based on the video - send it back to TAG Heuer if it's under warranty. It's clearly a mechanical fault with the movement.

Thank you both. I do appreciate a sound advice.

I consult with the local TAG Heuer service center to explore warranty options. I'm optimistic about a positive outcome, as I'm truly enamored with this extraordinary timepiece and would love to retain it. It is a holographic work of art!

Otherwise, the other option is to simply return it. This I am not too keen about.

I checked-in my timepiece 12/2/24 at the local TH boutique.. The repair status says:

Current status

Waiting for watch

It's been more than a week and they haven't even received it yet. The attached photo probably explains why..
